Grandstand (NEW in 2024!)
The Hawks are excited to play in front of a state-of-the-art grandstand beginning this season. Big thank you to the Hamel Lions Club and the Hamel Athletic Club for investing in the future of Hamel baseball.
Scoreboard
Paul Fortin Memorial Field added a beautiful scoreboard in May 2023 courtesy of the Hamel Lions Club. To our knowledge, we are the only town team in Minnesota with a video scoreboard.
Playing Surface
The Hawks are devoted to improving the playing surface to meet the standard set by world-class town ball fields throughout Minnesota. To reduce 'Hamel hops', we added sod along the outer edges of the infield. A sprinkler system was added to the outfield in April 2024.
